“The hotel is only ten minutes from the city center, so you won't need any transport to visit most of the sites. The rooms are clean, but you can hear all the noises from outside the building even if the windows are closed. The staff are kind and helpful. Recommend for a short stay.”

“We stayed in this hotel for only a night before we moved to Switzerland. It’s good we were moved to a room with some amenities for disabled people. The toilet has a seat and has support when using the toilet seat. Room is simple and clean (no ref though but not significant since it was already very cold when we arrived in Lyon). Only amenities are the body and hair gel and it’s good we have our tooth brush and toothpaste. Also no slippers when we requested the front desk. It was a 7-10 minute walk to the center and still manageable for a normal person but wife opted not join our tour to the Basilica of Notre Dame due to the long walk. Buffet breakfast was generally okay and satisfying with the usual selections of breads (including croissants), cold cuts, cheese, fruits and coffee. There is also a storage room for luggages where we kept our things before departing the hotel. There is a small bar at the lobby where I ordered coffee for 2.50 Euros and was quite satisfied. Thank you the great staff of the hotel. They were friendly and accommodating.”

“Hotel was clean and comfortable. The girl at reception laughed at my joke out of either kindness or pity, which I’m choosing to interpret as excellent customer service. She also had the calm energy of someone holding back ten different reactions at once, which honestly made me feel like I was being professionally handled as a concept rather than a person. Lovely stay overall she had the posture of someone carrying the entire hospitality industry on her back”
